I’ve never been into a Build-a-Bear Workshop, but I will say this: you can hear the store from anywhere in the mall. Kids screeching and cramming into a small space—it seems pretty popular.
And it looks as though it will get even more popular with the addition of C-3PO, Han Solo and Princess Leia outfits to their Star Wars collection. Previous editions include Darth Vader, Jedi Knight and Clone Trooper versions.
The new costumes will be available starting on September 24th for $15 each.

I don’t know how George would feel about his seven words printed on a teddy bear or a yard sign—but these products do, in fact, exist. George certainly had an influence on my sense of humor—and I think it is safe to say that these seven words represent everything that Nerd Approved stands for. Stuffed bears are usually associated with childhood. Not so much with these guys. These are obviously bears that are a little beyond the childhood stage, as well as into some rather interesting positions. I do have to give the male bear a break here though, with that hat it must be his birthday.
