With a single Twitter post, Detroit Mayor David Bing shot down a suggestion that could have single-handedly brought the city roaring back to prominence—a giant statue of Robocop.

Bing has been soliciting ideas from the general public on ways to improve the city and felt compelled to personally respond to the Robocop statue Tweet—meaning that he must have considered it, if only for an instant.

C’mon Bing! I mean hey, Philly has a statue of Rocky doesn’t it?
