I thought Twitter insanity reached its peak with Rambler shoes, but I stand corrected. Sony has raised the bar for everyone by producing a Twitter device for cats that uses a camera, acceleration sensor, and GPS to keep tabs on your kitty and will tweet its activities with 11 set text messages.
If you want to keep track of who your cat is hanging around with, the device also has an embedded camera which will recognize the faces of other cats. The device is worn like a collar and is said to weigh 5% of the cat’s weight or less, and was revealed at on May 28 at Open House 2010. At this point the device is only a concept, and there’s no word yet on future availability, but I seriously hope this is a joke.

Haroon Baig has taken the Twitter obsession a step further by turning it into this concept cuckoo clock which utilizes Chumby guts to constantly check for new status updates or search results from the Twitter API. When new tweets are displayed, the Twitter mascot will pop out of the clock and alert you with a cuckoo sound. Check out a video of the clock in action after the break.

Because future generations really want to know what we had for breakfast.
From @ConanOBrien:
The good news: I will be doing a show on TBS starting in November! The bad news: I’ll be playing Rudy on the all new Cosby Show.
TBS also revealed that the show would take over the 11pm slot currently occupied by Lopez Tonight. Lopez will shift to midnight and both will run on the same Monday through Thursday format.
Director Jon Favreau has confirmed that Ford will taking part in the comic book adaptation via twitter:
“Please stop asking if Harrison Ford is in Cowboys & Aliens. Okay? He is. Please don’t tell anybody.”
But the cast gets even better—Daniel Craig and Oliva Wilde are also reported to be in the film.
This tweet actually came from me as I conjured up plans on how to get dismissed from jury duty as quick as possible:
“Dammit. Jury duty tomorrow. I guess I will just have to show up wearing this shirt: http://twitpic.com/1dbc5i“
Believe me, I seriously considered it.

just finished wiring @smashtech house with CAT5e cable for future LAN parties and AT&T U-Verse. I had fun running the wires.
Might be a record for nerdy words in such a short sentence.
From @ConanOBrien:
“Jewish fun fact: If you celebrate Passover on top of an overpass, you go back in time.”
So, if you are celebrating Passover and you are craving a beer, technically, you could go back in time and drink one without breaking any rules.

Looking for bizarre food/wine pairings. Elvis stuff like fried peanut butter bananas with zinfandel. I will RT good ones!
