This 1978 GMC van is the ultimate set of wheels for a Star Trek fan with a mullet. The owner has decided to sell and purchase a smaller vehicle for his family. According to the listing on Craigslist:

The van was built up from stock in 1979-1980, paint was done by G.S. Roy, a well known Canadian artist. I contacted Mr. Roy, who remembers painting this van as well as another for the owners cousin (that one was ‘mermaid’ themed. . .wish I knew where it was!). The van is a survivor and sat for years in storage owned by the same family from new to 2012 (33 years). . .I purchased it in 2013 from Ontario and shipped it out to the west coast here in Vancouver where I have enjoyed every day of owning it. NOT a vehicle for the shy, you absolutely cannot go anywhere without many thumbs up, cheers, and people waxing nostalgic about custom vans and/or Star Trek.

This can all be yours for $9500.

This is not the usual Star Wars image featured on the sides of vans, but I’ll be darned if this rendering (Forza?) doesn’t look fantastic.

What creepier way is there to try and pick up high school girls then behind the wheel of this 1979 Dodge Ram van with custom Star Wars graphics?

YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. If you do a Google image search for Star Wars Van this comes up on the front page. (woops, I just checked again and it turns up on the SECOND page.) Graphics were professionally designed and installed. Detail is excellent and there is absolutely NO FADING! This van started out as a lovingly cared for custom van. When I got it the headers, flares, front spoiler, and dash tach were still there. I am only the third owner. It had a custom interior at one time but much of it had been removed and the van had sat for a while. It came with lots of spares and ran great. It was the perfect blank slate…….. THe force was with us.

Good Lord that sounds like the deal of the century. No bids on eBay with a starting price of $9000? I’m shocked. Check out more pics after the break.

Owning a minivan is a source of shame for many, and that feeling is magnified when the minivan in question is a ’94 Dodge Caravan. However, Brittney Schneck saw a diamond in the rough.

She combined her childhood love of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and her skills as an employee at her father’s auto detailing business into a one-of-a-kind vehicle that runs on pure turtle power.
