You may have heard that George Lucas has made a few more changes to his Star Wars films for the big Blu-ray release. Most of these alterations appear to be small and focused on removing errors and polishing the video. However, there is one big change—Lucas has replaced Frank Oz’s Yoda puppet from The Phantom Menace with a CGI version.

Compare the two in the videos after the break and decide whether or not you should be pissed off.

The new Star Wars line of retractable earbuds from Funko features Darth Vader, Yoda and Stormtrooper-styled versions inside some very clever packaging.

The product page claims that they were supposed to ship in September, but it appears that has been pushed back—probably sometime before the end of October. Either way, the earbuds are on sale for a limited time at $17.

If you recall, Tom Tom is releasing a series of Star Wars-themed voices for it’s navigation devices. Darth Vader was unveiled back in May, but getting Yoda to nail down his lines has taken some time.
