GmailEver wonder why Gmail has been in beta for 3 years? Here’s a reason for you…

Apparently there is a bug in Gmail that allows spammers to harvest your contacts and emails via rogue websites. The only way to prevent this from happening is to disable or limit javascript use in your browser or stop surfing the web with your Gmail account wide open.

There is a website that illustrates the vulnerability, and although they claim that no data is being saved I would rather not post it to be on the safe side. Nonetheless, rest assured that it actually works.

This is the second problem that Gmail has had in the last four days. What the hell is going on over there Google? Don’t make me switch back to Yahoo Mail!

I’m just kidding - I would never do that. Let’s not go crazy here.
