Or maybe he’s just going to give him a massage.
QMx have unveiled two new additions to its Master Series of articulated figures – Captain James T. Kirk and Commander Spock. You might recognize them from an old TV show called Star Trek that aired for a brief time in the ’60s. Obscure, I know.
These figures feature more than 30 points of articulation, screen-accurate clothing and incredibly detailed sculpts of the actors – Shatner personally approved his likeness, while Nimoy’s was approved by his Estate. They ain’t cheap, though. We’re talking $179.99 a pop for the standard versions with limited-edition variants including Kirk’s Phaser Rifle and Spock’s Lute fetching an extra $20. But for this sort of detail, it’s a price some collectors will consider well worth it.
These figures will be available for preorder on qmxonline.com starting on June 23, at 10 AM PT. The figures will debut at SDCC at QMx booth #4145 in limited quantities.
