There is only one way to stop the bartender from pouring your shots larger and larger. You have to shoot him.
The Shot Shootout game has two modes. In the first you have nine chances to shoot the bartender once he starts moving. Every time you miss, the shot gets a little more liquor in it. In the second you get nine chances to shoot the bartender and the glass only gets filled when you make a direct hit. Choose whichever game will give you the alcohol you need.
