These beautiful pieces of Star Wars art are from The Star Wars Essential Reader’s Companion and were drawn by artist David Tan. He’s recently published them on his deviantart page. It’s a gorgeous collection with some of the most popular characters in the extended universe (like Thrawn and Mara Jade) in scenes many of us have imagined as we’ve read their stories, but never before seen with our eyes.
