When you can’t have an actual Batcave the next best option is to build one from Lego bricks – a lot of them. Carlyle Livingston II and Wayne Hussey constructed their superhero lair from 20,000 parts! This massive creation took the pair more than 800 hours over 12 weeks to put together and weighs over 100 pounds! It’s beautifully lighted and has four motors to operate features like a rotating costumes and weapons wall. I know.
The Batcave made its first public appearance at Emerald City Comicon last February and also went to Jet City Comic Show and BrickCon. I’m amazed that it’s been transported that much and is still in one piece. Once it was back home and settled, Livingston took several photos of the build for the world to enjoy—and we definitely are.
I think Batman would be jealous.
