Apple Steve Jobs will deliver the keynote address at the 2006 Apple Worldwide Developer’s Conference at 10:00am (PST).

So, what can we expect?

Well, we will definitely get our first look at Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”), but outside of that we can only speculate. Some of the rumors floating around include an announcement that Apple’s conversion to Intel will be complete with the unveiling of the professional Mac Pro desktop systems and the first Intel-powered Xserves.

Other rumors include: an updated case for the top of the line Mac Pro, new Cinema Displays, and announcements regarding second gen Nano’s and iTunes Movie rentals (although Think Secret is reporting that these announcements might be pushed back to September.)

And, of course, there is always the chance that Jobs might have some sort of surprise announcement – so you can bet that Nerd Approved will be all over it.
