Now There’s A Boeing Jet Cosplaying As BB-8

Continuing their corporate tie-in with the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, ANA, Japan’s largest airline, announced their Boeing 777-300ER will play the role of BB-8. Back in April we revealed that their Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner would cosplay as R2-D2, so this is another great addition to the jet-droid promotion.

The Star Wars theme carries through to the inside as well. Each plane will offer all six films as part of its in-flight entertainment on international routes as well as themed headrest covers, paper napkins, and cups. Both planes are scheduled to being their international (intergalactic) routes from Japan to North America March of next year, while domestic flights will be ready this November.

Check out more cosplaying jetliners after the break.
