Sometimes you need random text to test a website, to fill up space, or to add some padding to a paper (don’t try that last part at home). You can make the content a little more fun by using the wondrous Riker Ipsum.
The random text generator will give you blather put together from the quotes of the one and only William Riker. For example:
Fear is the true enemy, the only enemy. Well, that’s certainly good to know. Captain, why are we out here chasing comets? A surprise party? Mr. Worf, I hate surprise parties. I would *never* do that to you. But the probability of making a six is no greater than that of rolling a seven. Is it my imagination, or have tempers become a little frayed on the ship lately? Mr. Crusher, ready a collision course with the Borg ship. For an android with no feelings, he sure managed to evoke them in others.
Now we know what they mean by ‘advanced’ tactical training. Flair is what marks the difference between artistry and mere competence. Did you come here for something in particular or just general Riker-bashing?
Forget whether you need text, it’s just entertaining.
