The Inflatable Salad Bar is a cheap and easy way to keep your food chilled. It can be used indoors or outdoors, but I don’t think keeping ice and water in your house while people are walking around with forks and knives is a very good idea. Call me a pessimist, but the money you save by buying this salad bar could very easily be spent replacing your carpet that gets trashed. Of course it’s ability to hold beer as well makes me think that I am willing to take that chance.
