It may not be the Coliseum in Rome, but the Seattle Space Needle is a well known architectural landmark. I am not aware of any connection it has with Italy, but I see no reason it shouldn’t be used to make cool little noodles. Why would I want to be prejudiced against noodles?

Especially because noodles have nothing in common with italian pasta, i guess it’s asian stuff.
