It’s pouring outside my window right now. If I had the right weapon to fend of mother nature I might venture out for lunch but, alas, I do not posses the Gunbrella. So I guess it’s PB&J for me this afternoon.
As you can see the Gunbrella is, well…an umbrella shaped like a gun. It also has a pop gun style BANG! graphic printed on the canopy.
On the other hand, for those of you who prefer to look your enemy in the eye there are plenty of sword umbrellas out there. Choose your weapon wisely.

If you have lots of room, the full-sized Samurai sword umbrella is the best weapon for battles with Mother Nature. But if space is confined or you need to travel light this mini Tanto-style version is the way to go. It’s also easier for committing seppuku in the event you should lose the fight.
Unfortunately, it’s also significantly more expensive than the full size version.

This umbrella has enough features to keep your avid golfer satisfied. The umbrella has a handle that makes it appear as a golf club when put in your bag, it has an electronic score keeper in the bottom of that head and it will also show you what time it is. The ability to get you to the course on time, keep you dry and keep you from trying to keep score on a soaking wet scorecard all combine to make this a perfect Christmas present for the golfer geek in your family.

If your golf umbrella is only broken out about once a year, maybe you need to rethink lugging that single purpose product around all the time. While I would totally agree that an umbrella is a necessity, this Golf Target Umbrella will act as a training aid as well. Just open it up and set it on it’s side and you have a chipping target. There are pockets on the umbrella that will catch a perfect shot, all others will be neatly funneled down to the base of the umbrella. You will probably get more use out of this within two weeks than you would an average golf umbrella in two years.

The Umbrella Stand with Sponge Base is both a simple and useful design. One upright with a hoop to act as the holder, it looks like it takes up very little space at all. And the sponge base to catch the drippings off those wet umbrellas is sheer genius. I had to share this because this has obviously not gotten the attention it deserves or I would have seen it before now.

“Showers of Love” party favors seem like nice remembrances to give out at your baby shower. And rather than the guests thinking it was just another nice trinket to stick in some drawer, when they find out it also has a tape measure built in, they will carry it everywhere they go. You never know when you need a miniature plastic umbrella and a tape measure at the same time.
