At first “Lego Adventure in the City” seems like a typical day for a Lego snake who lives in a “small house on top of a very high building” that he travels to on a rocket. Yup. Totally normal day so far.
Everything seems fine until a wave of murky gray LEGO bricks threatens the entire town and the snake jumps into action to save the day.
Aside from the mix of fantastic LEGO and live-action stop motion animation, the story is narrated by the cutest child voice ever.
This adorable short, written and directed by Rogier Wieland for Lego China, took six animators and two set builders to to complete. As you’ll see, an incredible amount of work and passion that went into this project.
Watch the short and the behind the scenes video after the break.
